Industrial Warehouse Industrial extension in Galicia.

This project involves the extension of an existing industrial production warehouse in Galicia. The design departs from a clear decision: to wrap both the existing and new volumes under a single metallic skin, unifying the whole into one coherent intervention.

The metal cladding facade is articulated in three horizontal bands, with a darker lower strip contrasting with the two upper ones — adding scale and rhythm to an otherwise industrial volume. This strategy allows the extension to integrate naturally with its surroundings, without the new intervention reading as a foreign addition to the existing building.

The structure is entirely steel frame. The project was developed in full by Longa Studio, including obtaining the municipal planning licence. Construction is due to begin shortly, with site supervision carried out by the studio throughout.
